Shipping Policy
Orders are carefully packed and shipped from New Hampshire. Prints are placed in a protective clear sleeve against a cardboard sheet and mailed flat in a rigid mailer to help prevent bending during transit.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Galen Gaze Creative is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because each print is prepared and packaged with care by a small independent artist, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said, I want your order to arrive safely and beautifully. If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Depending on the situation, I will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit. Issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error with your order or damage during transit.
